The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority is looking for contractors that can provide home rehabilitation services for its Home Improvement Program.

The authority is accepting requests on its website now, specifically for areas such as septic system replacement and installation and accessibility enhancement, among others. Up to $5 million is available to contractors for the rehabilitation of homes, according to a news release.

Contractors can fill out the form at housingnm.org.
