Q: When can I expect my newspaper to be delivered?

A: Delivery times vary based on location. In Santa Fe, your newspaper is scheduled to arrive by 6 am. For areas outside of Santa Fe, deliveries are expected by 7 am.

 

Q: What can I do if my paper is wet or damaged?

A: If you find your newspaper wet, damaged, or incomplete, fill out this form, and we will promptly arrange for your carrier to deliver a replacement copy the following day.

 

Q: Where can I drop off a payment?

 A: Payments can be dropped off at 1 New Mexican Plaza, Santa Fe, 87507. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. You can also save the trip and pay online through our EZ Pay system, found at this link.

 

Q: Do you offer a teacher/student discount?

A: Yes, we provide newspapers for the classroom through our NIE (Newspapers in Education) program. For more information and to inquire about discounts, please reach out to our customer service manager via email. We are committed to supporting education in New Mexico.

 

Q: How do I add digital access to my print subscription?

If you are already a 7-day subscriber or Weekend EZ-Pay subscriber:

To link your seven-day (or weekend EZ-Pay) print subscription to digital access, visit this link and click "Activate Online Access." Provide your 10-digit phone number without dashes, dots, or spaces when prompted. If you encounter any issues, please email us at circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

 

Q: How do I start a Print and Digital Subscription?

A: To subscribe to our Print and Digital services, follow these steps:

Choose the subscription that suits you from the available options

Fill out your payment and delivery information.

Click “purchase”.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your print subscription to start; your online subscription begins immediately.

Choose the subscription that suits you from the available options. After selecting a digital subscription, you will be required to create an account before continuing.

Fill out your payment and delivery information.

Click “purchase”; your online subscription will begin immediately.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You may cancel your subscription to The New Mexican at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service department at (505) 986-3010 or email circulation@sfnewmexican.com.

Upon cancellation, your service will continue throughout the remainder of the current monthly billing cycle and will not be automatically renewed for the following month. It's important to note that partial-month or pro-rated refunds are not available.
